How much will the new state pension be?

Currently, the full new state pension is £185.15 per week, although some could get less if they were contracted out before April 6, 2016.

With a 10.1 percent increase, people can expect to see the full new state pension rise to £203.85 per week.

This represents a weekly increase of £18.70 for pensioners, or £975.75 annually.
